We develop and manufacture customized solutions from individual parts to large functional entities. We manufacture subassemblies and monitoring equipment and meet demanding machining and precision mechanics needs. Mectalent specializes in high quality precision mechanics. We manufacture high-precision pieces by means of spark machining (EDM), CNC machining and welding. We are able to achieve tolerances of a thousandth of a millimeter in machining and reproduction accuracies.
Component and equipment manufacturing for the security and aviation industry
Materials and dimensional accuracy are of the utmost importance in the products and parts of the security and aviation sectors as well as in the space industry. The pieces must fit perfectly together for the whole to function reliably.
Tolerances are strict, which must be taken into account in the manufacturing process. In addition, special attention must frequently be paid to surface roughness, as it can have a significant impact on the functioning of fittings.

We take security and aviation standards into account in our work
Products from the security and aviation industries include radars, command, communication and vehicle systems. All of these are used in challenging, even critical, conditions, so the equipment must be extremely reliable and durable. Even the smallest parts of the equipment have an impact on how well the whole system works.
At Mectalent, the work is framed by certified quality system ISO 9001. In the security and aviation industries, we take the requirements of the AQAP 2110 and EN 9100 standards into consideration. The quality of operations is regularly assessed through internal and external audits.
We take into account the information security requirements of the industry in our daily work:
- Confidentiality commitments have been made with the company's employees, suppliers and subcontractors
- Confidential materials are processed in PDM on Mectalent's own server – not in a third-party cloud service
- Document visibility can be regulated in PDM on a per-user basis
- Access control of our premises is controlled and supervised, and access rights can be restricted to separate premises if necessary
