Demanding manufacturing requires precision at every stage
Materials and tolerances for new-technology products vary depending on the component and its intended use, but all share the same high requirement level. Materials used include aluminum, stainless and acid-resistant steel, technical plastics, copper, and titanium. In precision machining, our machinery and methods allow us to manufacture components to an accuracy of up to one thousandth of a millimeter.
We manufacture products from the materials specified in the customer's requirements. Whenever we identify materials better suited to the product, or ways to improve its manufacturability, we engage in active dialogue with the customer.
For products that are sensitive to contamination, either in their operating environment or in how they function, cleanroom manufacturing is the solution. In these cases, cleanroom assembly, testing, and packaging are carried out in our cleanrooms, which meet ISO Class 6 cleanliness requirements. Our cleanroom staff always wear appropriate protective equipment, and the furniture is designed for easy cleaning. Airborne particle levels are kept to a minimum, and temperature, humidity, and air pressure are controlled within specified limits.
Meeting requirements through measurement, testing, and quality management
Measurement and testing requirements are likewise determined by customer needs. Our measurement capabilities range from very small precision components to large machine parts, with the tightest tolerances verified using a coordinate measuring machine (CMM). We carry out the agreed and required functional tests on equipment and assemblies, covering a full range of electrical, mechanical, and vacuum testing.

To ensure quality and product traceability, the requirements defined by the customer are converted into a repeatable, verified, and documented production process. Product and process data flows through a shared documentation system across the entire supply chain. We operate under a certified ISO 9001 quality management system and apply the ISO 13485 standard.
