Rosendahl Nextrom is the leading global supplier of production technologies for optical fibers and fiber optic cables. For several years, the company manufactured the gas cabinets used in its fiber optic cable production systems in-house but decided to outsource the production to a contract manufacturer. The decision was driven by the need to improve production scalability to better match fluctuations in demand.
