Cleandet's unique, globally patented solution provides various industries with a real-time, reliable, and cost-effective way to enhance hygiene safety. The technology developed by the company can be used to detect dirt, bacteria and viruses that are invisible to the human eye.
“As a result of the corona pandemic, special attention has been paid to hygiene safety and especially to the cleanliness of the surfaces of public spaces. The importance of hygiene safety is growing strongly all the time, and we see that Cleandet's technology brings a functional solution to this, which will certainly be in demand in the future”, says Tapio Harila, CEO of Mectalent.
In AutoDet (automatic biological contamination detection) developed by Cleandet. The measuring device illuminates and scans the object using hyperspectral imaging and sends the data for analysis to an artificial intelligence algorithm that interprets whether the surface is clean or not.
With the help of the Cleandet monitor, the surfaces are inspected automatically, and the results are obtained immediately. All data can also be stored in the cloud for later review and analysis.
