Conseptas Oy, the subsidiary of Mectalent Oy, will merge into Mectalent Oy on September 1, 2023. Operations will continue under the name of Mectalent Oy as of September 1, 2023.
The reason for the merger is to simplify the corporate structure. The merger will not have an impact on the services, staff, or general operations of the parties involved in the merger.
Mectalent is an expert company in product development, precision mechanics, and demanding equipment manufacturing, founded in 1982 in Oulu. We help our partners develop and implement innovations in areas such as new technologies, security, and medical technology. The combined turnover of Mectalent and Conseptas in 2022 was 19.1 million euros. Mectalent is part of the Cor Group consortium.
In addition to Conseptas and Mectalent having shared the same premises for a long time, we have also worked within a common quality system. The merger will make our operations even more unified and smoother, both as a company and in terms of cooperation between functions. As a result, we can serve our customers even better, now and in the future.
