The Mectalent Group continues to execute its strong growth strategy. Avetak, a Mectalent Group company, has acquired Atacon’s entire business through a business transaction dated November 1, 2026. The transaction provides Avetak and the Mectalent Group with additional capacity and skilled personnel in their key areas of expertise: welding, painting, and machining. The acquisition strengthens Avetak’s resources and supports the company’s growth as part of the Mectalent Group.
Atacon Oy's business operations will be integrated into Avetak Oy. Operations will continue under the Avetak name at Atacon’s premises in Hyvinkää, Finland. In connection with the transaction, Atacon’s eight employees will transfer to Avetak with their existing terms of employment.
